Phone arrived promptly and included a few free cases and a good charging plug. Phone was in excellent external condition but on charging it I discovered it was faulty with an intermittently flickering screen. Good comms from the seller initially who agreed I could return it, but then he ghosted me once I started the return. I had no choice but to raise an eBay case. This was found in my favour and eBay refunded the money no problem. Great service from eBay but disappointed with the seller.
