This is a great DVD for the novice woodworker looking to learn a general overview of hand planes, proper techniques and examples of situations where hand planes are invaluable. An experienced woodworker could also learn or perhaps review techniques for using and tuning their planes. The subjects discussed are not highly comprehensive but informative just the same.
