  The print had a couple of creases, so I brought it to the seller's attention. I was not expecting anything, but they gave me a partial refund, so I would say they exceeded expectations and this seller went above and beyond. The prints was shipped flat instead of rolled up. which was really nice and safe. I would say that you can trust this seller and I thank them for all of their help and effort.

  Well packaged for shipping. Good value, as described. Make sure packing tape never touches the frame, it takes off the gold paint. Thank goodness that happened only to the bottom of the frame where it won't show, otherwise it would have been ruined.
