"Runs fine, but it's loud"
2 of 3 found this helpful Pros: it performs well, cleans a wide area in one swipe, and has a long cord and long hose
Cons: it's fairly heavy if you have to carry it up or down stairs, it has a very high-pitched whistle while running (I wear ear plugs), and the wheels squeak while moving it. It also has a loud squeak when turning it off - maybe the belt?
The price was very good, so it isn't worth the postage to return it. I'll keep using it until it stops working, then will get something else.
