Save Yourself The Unsightly Floor Protector
I got these bell glides because I moved my office from a carpeted area to a hardwood floor. Still wanting to protect the floor but wanting to ditch the scratched up, unsightly plastic floor pad, I opted for these. You don't loose any chair height, your chair remains stationary, and your floor is protected. (I also added 2" round felt pads to the bottom which you can get from almost anywhere to protect the floor even more). Happy with this product. Popped off the existing casters and popped these in without any problem.
