A worthy upgrade for the XV series.
This replaced my Neato XV-21, which failed and was more trouble than it was worth to fix. The D3 does a better job not getting tangled by throw rugs. It’s better at navigating large areas rugs which befuddled the XV. It’s also noticeably quieter. It is a bit bulkier than other bots and can’t get under the sofa and love seat. I like the app control and Alexa integration. I don’t like how it sometimes hits the charging base and turns it so it can’t dock. Seems like that would be an easy software fix.
