Calls virtually all food BAD
I was intrigued by this book and also the results I saw with my sister, but as I read it, I was very disappointed. Most food groups are considered BAD, leaving you to eat meat and non-starchy vegetables (with the occasional starchy vegetable). My mom tried this diet out and she ended up in the hospital for a few weeks from starvation. Obviously she had other problems, and I wouldn't blame the book, but it just does not take a balanced approach. (On the flip side, my sister lost 100 lbs using this diet and has managed to keep it off for over a year. But I still wouldn't recommend it.)

Fantastic Book, Easy Read
Fantastic book. It's a quick but emotional read. Well written and engaging. Very thought provoking. It is non-partisan. Gives parents tools to help their teenage daughters navigate through life. Read it! You'll be grateful you did!
