Easy to replace

It fix and was easy to replace the old one. The gasket was tricky to install. I used two sided tape to hole the gasket in place while I installed the fan.

Poor Transitions

When turning on the PIP it goes black for a second then turns back on. Takes to long to turn on the pip or pop. I wanted to use it for church service for their online website. For personal use it is OK. But for a continuous streaming it is not good. Video quality is great, there was not lost in video signal quality.

Alway off line.

It was easy to setup. It was great when it worked. The meter reading was not much but is does give you something. But then the real problem came. It would go offline in less then a week. I had two of them and both would go offline then you can not control it. I would unplug the unit and plug it back in and it would work for about 1 to 5 days and would be back off line. And when you unplug it the meter resets to zero. No indicator for the WIFI signal strength. Would not reconnect by it self.
