Unacceptable quality of product.
1 of 1 found this helpful When I received it and opened the bottle, the color of the serum was discolored (brown) and looked clumpy and old.
The color of the serum should have been white and not clumpy.

Not the real substance.
This eye serum product is inconsistent to what the genuine product is like. This eye serum should have a light brown/tan color and a thick almost clumpy viscosity, however, the substance in this bottle that was sent has a whitish/milky color and a very thin watery viscosity. Was this bottle replaced with another substance?
