Great applications of DST in psychological fields
I am interested in the inner dialogical part of our self and therefore interested in the people that write about it so bought this book as an entry point.
It covers the application and variety of the theory in many different fields of psychology and has the views of many authors on this theory.
It also is wriiten in very well explained laymans terms so in total I really enjoyed it and I will read Hermans et al book on the theory itself.
5* for variety and readability.
Great starting point on the spread of the voice(s) in our head, where they originate, what unleashes them and how to harness them via psychotherapy either with someone else (psychotherapist or friends) or to self reflect and look within, question these voices and get to the core of the ego structure or I-profiles as Hermans calls them.
