Can’t sleep without it!
Nature’s Bounty soft gel melatonin is the only thing that works for me. I take it 30 minutes before bed and it helps me get to sleep and then stay asleep. I was taking an aspirin product with a sleep aide and that is no good for your liver so going to a natural product was a must and that it works is a home run. I’ve tried other brands and they just don’t work for me. I take 5 mg but on restless nights I kick it up to 10 mg with no worries. I’ve had no grogginess in the morning like with other sleep aide products.
