Upon receiving the boots it was obvious they were narrower than a standard D width. I contracted the seller who stated he may issue a refund if the other customers had similar complaints which they did not. The boots were clearly described as a custom fit pair at size 9.5D. I sold 3 other pairs of the same custom size 9.5D boots at the same time as these and no other buyer had any issues with fit. Also, the buyer admitted to not thoroughly reading or understanding the listing before placing a bid. I would surmise that this person had buyers remorse and was simply unhappy I would not be bullied into a refund.
