- 7***b (1086)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThis Brand New item came Fast, But it was not what I clicked on, as it was listed as an Echo Dot with Clock (Sandstone) and at a Bargain Price I quickly bought it, when the confirmation of the purchase came through it was for a Echo Dot without clock (Plum), when I complained I was told that it was too late to cancel, even though it was within half an hour, the only reason why I give this seller +ve. feedback is that they gave a full refund including postage. I received confirmation of such by email and on the day of delivery I received SMS updates regarding the delivery and a more specific time slot. Item was carried to the room of my choice. Very happy with the service and the item.

The only issue I had was that although advertised as new the item came in a box labelled ‘refurbished’. I’m not sure if the item was refurbished or not (hence I’m giving 4* for condition), but it looked like new so I’m not too concerned. Raised the box labelling issue with the seller, providing a photo in support, but apart from acknowledging the point I heard nothing further back from them (hence I’m only giving 3* for communication too)

I will say that Yodel delivery did leave the box slightly bashed up and the monitor flung around inside, so please use more adequate packaging next time - or use safer drivers!! Other than that, excellent price and description!
