A 3 hour delivery slot was provided and I also received a timely update to advise of a slight delay due to traffic. The TV works well and had original accessories. Then contact eBay to step in and they refund me a money and .. they are still telling me to wait 3 days did not bother to see that I already refund from Ebay.
