Needed better packaging
The product was exactly what I ordered and was definitely a good price but, when I received it it had a small nick in the oil seal area. This gave me some trepidation because the seal would have leaked if the lip of the seal would have landed in that area forcing a return. Fortunately after mock-up prior to full assembly, the seal lip was behind this area and all went well. Better packaging, in my opinion, would have prevented any nicks or scoring on the shaft.
