Worked ...But does not include a AMD 939 Athlon 3200+ CPU as advertised
I purchased this because my HP Pavillion screen froze during boot-up.
Amazingly, this product was "new" as promised. I found this funny because my computer was purchased in 2005. I thought I would never find a "new" motherboard...I was wrong.
The only reason why I gave a 2 out of 5 was because the vendor had listed included parts as:
"Accessories Included:
Please note only the following accessories come with mobo.
1x IDE Cable
1x SATA Cable
1x AMD 939 Athlon 3200+ CPU
1x I/O Back Panel"
***The package came with everything EXCEPT the AMD 939 Athlon 3200+ CPU as promised in the included accessories***
The price for this vendor was more that other vendors, but it looked like to came with the processor, so I went with this vendor for my purchase.
Not knowing whether my motherboard or my processor was bad, I installed the new motherboard with my old processor and everything worked great.
My computed has been on for a month continueously, and I have experienced no problems so far.

Worth it...buy it
Very well made. Quality item. The installation instructions are really bad (same comment from the other reviews). Use your imagination and it goes together easy. Results are awesome.
