It works really well

No problems with the hardware but chirp does not recognize the 2980 I found another program that worked well it was the ftb2900 All in all it definitely is worth it

awesome if you are parked, not so mobile

a good idea but the wind load is to much for the mast, i tried it and was sure that the mast would break. if you are parked it works great. my setup was a 40m, 20m and a 75m. but only if i'm parked .its very easy to interchange antennas .get the rs series they are made better, and more weather resistance and transmit better.
