Not round but material ok.

The forming dies were not aligned well, making a far from round product. The material seemed fine but forming workmanship was not good. Does not resemble a smooth round piece of material. Requires machining to be round.

don't bother

worked two times and quit. I just pulled out the punch to use with a hammer and threw the rest away. Buy a starrett.
