fast, reliable work horse
great drive; very quiet, fast (140 mb / sec on linux hdparm), fast access times,
and the 5-year warranty is good for peace of mind.

a drop-in replacement, works fine
Works great, a drop-in replacement for the factory drain pump, almost identical design. No complaints so far, but it's only been a few months. The old drain pump came with the washer and lasted 25 years.
Note: the old drain pump hub rusted and left a layer of rust on the motor spindle, not letting the new pump not slide on. Once the rust deposits were scraped off and the solid un-rusted motor spindle was exposed, it then slipped in place effortlessly.

beware: hard to use, scuffs up PBT keycaps
Hard to push down between the keys to grab the keycaps, and damages the finish on PBT keycaps (leaves scuff marks that don't come off). Might work ok on ABS plastic that is glossy and slick and hard to mar, not sure, or maybe on keyboards with a wider gap between keycaps. The finish and workmanship are good, but it's not usable for what it was intended. I wish I had gotten the wire loop keycap pullers instead.
