Good instructions
I needed this for my Mustang. It is very helpful when you have problems. I was dissappointed that they DID NOT cover how to fix the convertable top. I still have no idea how to remove the back seat to get to the hydrolics.

beyond aspirin
It gives alot of very helpful information. I am now taking raw & candied ginger to get rid of my arthritis. It's supposed to take 3 months or so to get rid of it. I can hardly wait, after reading this book I did a little more research on Ginger & found many people had used it & got rid of the arthritis!! I got a copy for my sister who's husband has cancer & she is having him do some of the recommendations as his heart is not strong enough for surgery or Chemo. The book is well put together & gives you alot of information. I was disappointed that the website is gone though.:( Overall a good book & easy to read & not to wordy.
