If you struggle with proper posture this does the trick!
Would have given these four stars but see caveats below. These work well for the money. I use one at my kitchen table and one at my computer desk and they definitely fix that "slumping" of the lumbar region. Two caveats, they are not the best quality so don't expect them to work well in the car or if you are heavy set. I'm about 142 lbs so my weight is adequately supported. again, great value! very practical

If you sweat excessively buy with caution
For stress sweat this does not hold back odor. I actually felt the odor was worse
