  Seller is unethical as they stated the item was NEW when they clearly knew that it wasn’t. As well as upon receiving the item I immediately reached out to the seller and asked for a refund due to the misrepresentation of the item, seller stated “We don’t accept returns or provide refunds”. I ended up reaching out to Ebay and waiting for a resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this seller.
