Good Product

Broken on Arrival
13 of 22 found this helpful When product arrived it worked for a few minutes before the bottom screen started developing colorful lines. After the lines appeared the whole device froze and would not work. After forcefully shutting it off by holding the power button the device would turn back on without the two screens turning back on.
After taking it to a local repair place the bottom LED screen needed to be replaced which fixed the device and allowed it to start working like normally.
Nowhere on the page did it specify the device was broken or had other issues with it. It only worked again after needing to have parts replaced.
