Product knowledge is exceptional, items are exactly as shown and even more beautiful in person, communication is swift and polite, items are packed perfectly, shipping is fair and all excess shipping is refunded, and they even throw in a little bonus gift with purchase. I did panic a bit when I received an email about my purchase being refunded thinking I was not going to get my item. When I opened it, the seller explained that my shipping was less than anticipated and they were refunding the difference. My item was well secured and shipped in a timely manner. I enjoyed reading through some information the seller thoughtfuly shared and even had a little bonus in my package. I definitely recommend!
