  The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to provide a customer service eccentric transaction was disappointing. I have two addresses on my eBay account. One is for postal shipping one is for UPS FedEx, etc.. The seller refused to use my postal address and shipped by Postal Service anyway. Nine out of 10 packages are never received.
