Good laptop, but wrong time period.

I've aways loved the 2006-2008 MacBook Pro, so I decided to purchase one. It's been great and I love the design just as much as my last one. However, when I needed a new battery, there were no OEM batteries and I needed to purchase an aftermarket one. It doesn't hold its power well at all. The software is old, too. I can't download any apps or even look at some modern websites due to an old browser. This can easily be solved with an install DVD, but that costs money. If you're buying one of these, make sure it's running 10.5.0 or newer!
