The camera arrived promptly, exactly as described, and was good value. It was well packaged and had no issues in transit. We had an issue with the compact flash that arrived with the camera. Andreas sorted this out quickly and was very prompt and attentive with his communications. The camera itself is in really good used condition for the age and provided a perfect first camera for my daughter to start to learn about 'proper' photography.
