  You talk about customer service. The shipping label was fine but my email said it was coming by FEDEX. When FEDEX showed it was delivered in Albuquerque the other day I sent them a message and told them I did not live there but 150 miles away. They answered back in just three hours and let me know the email was wrong but the shipping label was correct. It was coming by USPS. I did receive it today. WOW!!! What Great Customer Service.

  ##BEWARE OF THIS SELLER - THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS ARE 100% ACCURATE!!!!## The seller never posted the item and provided a fake tracking number. I rang DHL and they advised the tracking number was for someone else. A item with that tracking number was delivered to Sydney; I am located in Adelaide! Seller then provided a second tracking number that was also fake, and stop responding to my messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!   The item was supposed to have been delivered on 25.10.2024 at 0958. The seller then told me that the warehouse uploaded the wrong tracking number which should have been TBAU132433506, however I can't seem to track this number. The seller also said on 25.10.2024 that "the express reply will be delivered in 2-3 days". I don't understand what this means. That was a week ago and nothing has happened.
