  I had ordered this product for a client, she wanted me to cancel a few days later as found another source to get it. This company said they couldn’t cancel order, ok we accepted that and we said just please send the product. We waited… we waited…I wrote several messages, somebody please communicate with me if this order is being sent out or not!!!no reply.., another message, no reply! we were not pleased at this late in the game. Ebay stepped in and refunded to us.. which we are very grateful
