Extremely slow shipping
I ordered this over one week untill they processed my order Now tracking says it will be another week untill delivery. That will be three weeks from the order date till delivery (unacceptable) If you dont have the staff to handle mail order then you shouldnt sell on Ebay

I still need 100 good lag screws but I guess I need to look elswhere
I bought 100.5/16 x4 lag screws to assemble some yellow pine for a carport .After two or three of them broke off I decided to drill pilot holes Well they still broke about one inch before the head tightened up I called the company and immediately saw that they looked for excuses to not stand behind their product. "You need to drill bigger pilot holes or you didn't put them in properly etc. I am 74 years old and have been building all my life and I know when bolt (screw) is too soft and these screws are definitely too soft too hold or tighten up as they should
