Bad spool of wire
1 of 2 found this helpful Where do I start???? First off when I got the welder out of the box I noticed that the stinger wire was kinked in some spots.. This can cause you wire to want to jam in the stinger when feeding your wire through to the end of the stinger.. 2nd the spool was rusted so before I could feed it through the welder I had to cut about 20' off the spool... What a big waste...if you aren't worried about the wire waste then it would not bother you but it bothered me...
