E-MU 0404 Professional Sound Card
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this sound card to use in my home recording studio. I needed a card with professional quality DACs, connectors features and drivers. This card has it all, and for a great price. It integrated seamlessly with Cubase and was very simple to set up. The included DSP mixer makes routing the signal very easy, as well as providing a very usable range of hardware powered effects.
The card features very clear sound, and coupled with a pair of quality studio monitors gets you well on your way to being able to produce semi-professional quality mixes. The latency is very good as well.
I can't think of any disadvantages. It has all the features you can expect for the price and is a very well balanced card. E-MU are a quality manufacturer who seem to put a lot of thought in to their products.
