  Arrived tangled, agreed to a return. After the return was received the seller told me I should have sorted it myself it took her seconds to untangle it - I didn't want to take that chance. Had it of been packaged properly it wouldn't have been a problem in the first place! Also really high postage.

  Joke of a buyer. Couldn't be bothered to untangle a tiny knot. I had already reduced it for her too. As for the postage she needs to look at what next day delivery costs.... its set by ebay too. So not my problem. Item was wrapped in bubblewrap inside a box and don't believe it arrived tangled at all. Obviously buyer tangled it and returned so they got refunded. People like this give ebay a bad name but luckily the bracelet has been bought by a more honest and trustworthy buyer...get a life lol
