  Obtuve el billete por medio de subasta, yo soy de Costa Rica y el vendedor también es de Costa Rica, siempre he comprado y me envían los artículos a la Dirección que tengo registrada, sin embargo cuando estoy pagando el artículo comprado me pone un mensaje y no puedo hacer la transaccion

  Es normal que ebay envie mensajes que el vendedor no hace envios en CR, eso es conocido y se soluciona al enviar de mi parte la factura de cobro. Le indique que me diera tiempo para enviar la factura, me ofrecio pago fuera de ebay y no accedi, A la mañana siguiente envie la factura correspondiente. Cual fue mi sorpresa que en menos de 5 horas ya tenia un negativo. Procedi a cancelar la venta dados los hechos. Hay personas que no conocen el sistema y de alguna forma proceden de esta manera.
