dont waste your money
this is a tiny camera,if you have large fingers this is not a good choice,the touch screen is super senstive and you can very easily press the wrong inputs,,the advertisements mention that it takes "High Def" pictures and that its also has video in avi ,but the high def is for the lowest setting and second from highest,and the video has no sound so its basicly a useless function,it also pauses when taking pictures so if your subject is moving then good luck trying to capture that special moment,I would not buy this again nor be embarrassed giving one as a gift

standard sony equipment
1 of 1 found this helpful this is the basic lens that comes with all the Sony Alpha cameras,its not great, but serves its purpose as a starter lens.the 18-70mm is good for indoor close-ups you cant get with bigger lenses.Buying from E-bay instead of getting with the camera as a package makes sense as I saved over 75% off the package price.later down the line when I can save up for a 400$ lens .I'll pass on the deal to someone else ,just starting their camera kit.
