  Jacket described as waterproof, it was not, rain seeped through jacket on first outing in the rain. On contacting buyer he essentially said I was a liar and would not give a refund. I would definitely not buy from him again and I would suggest that any potential buyer double checks any specific of item they are considering buying to ensure they are getting to ensure that description is accurate. Minus 10 points all round

  This client received the jacket on November 20, 2024. He contacted me for a refund only in early January 2025. He used this jacket for more than a month, probably ruined it or tore it, and after that decided to get his money back. I do not recommend this buyer.
