Good exercise equipment
The Body-Solid Semi-Recumbent Ab Bench GAB300 happens to be the right equipment for my specific physical exercise needs. This machine is user friendly and very simple to adjust. I’m pleased with my purchase. I wish that the manual instructions was more or better detailed. I did assemble it in about an hour. It’s a great piece of equipment.
