  I won an auction for a card, the seller created a shipping label but it has never reached the post office. It’s been weeks and I’ve tried to communicate with the seller and the seller has not responded to any of my messages. With that, the seller lacks communication and is very unreliable. I’m really frustrated because I won the auction and wanted the card.
