Lousy Vacume
Didn't know if was defective or just made to have lousy suction. Hoping its just defective because if its that hows it suppose be then better to spend more money something better. The only attachment worth using is the one with the rotating bristles. It actually picked up stuff not because of the suction though.

Case is okay with minor disatisfying details
The case was okay when I first received it. The only thing that was that got me a little bummed is that the the cover for the usb port on the case is super small which makes it difficult to plug in certain usb stuff that is bigger than the opening the case allows for the usb. Long story short you have to take off the case for some usb plugins unless you buy a usb extension splitter thats narrow enough to fit. Another thing that I found unsettling was that after a few months, the little magnets on the bottom of the anti screen scratch cover had began to pull off where the detachable keyboard pulls on them. Added tobthat the anti scratch shield has a slight glare that reduces brightness, but i was okay with that since its proecting the screen. I asked griffin if they had any replacement anti scratch shields that i can purchase separatelybut despite that they sell such stuff for their other products, they advised me that they do not carry replacement screens for this product. Meaning i would have to buy another full case if i just wanted a screen replacement.

There is no indication use at all. The only thing i notice was a minor very very small hardly noticeable dent on the back. When i got, it wouldnt turn on (completely dead/shuts off after powered on) and it i got sceptical when it appeared to not to be charging. Since i never owned an apple product i didnt know that sometimes there isnt a charging bolt symbol. After a little googling and time on the charger, came to find out that bigger tablet-like devices tak longer to charge than any phone device. It actually turned on and was at 5%.
Then i realized it probably was tested when it was refurbished and had probably been laying on a shelf for a long time and lost its charge- the exact same way bose mini speakers do if you dont use them for long periods of time.
Overall great buy! Dont be alarmed if it doest turn on at first; its not defective at all. Just need to be charged!
I'd definitely buy another for the same price. Great birthday/holiday gift for the reasonable price
