  Exactly as described. Prompt service. Haven’t used plunger yet, but definitely looks up to the job. Nice quality and good value. Only drawback was with Royal Mail. They were originally going to deliver it, (Thursday ), but I changed it to Friday and had a confirmation email from Royal Mail that delivery would be (Friday). Then a couple of hours later I received a communication saying it had been delivered! When I got home the package had been left by my front door!! Luckily it was still there.

  The only positive was that I received a refund and the seller communicated throughout. The item itself was not as described at all. It was also faulty snd barely heated. The packaging wasn’t as described either. Genuinely disappointed. Also it was from china not uk despite filtering uk location only so appeared cheap

  Upon delivery, and opening the package the Light Bulb was found to broken with threaded part of the bulb crushed. This I think was due to the lack of wrapping around the bulb which resulted in damage during transit Contacted the seller who immediately posted a replacement item, arriving a few days later. The quality of the reptile basking lamp clip is good and worth the money.

  I had an issue with two of my products being damaged. A replacement was sent but only one turned up. The seller kept in contact with me all the time, by answering my emails.
