Disappointed in build... love Husqvarna

I love his arms! But very disappointing in the quality f this Sappie. Head is mounted crooked, grain is 90* off, handle is all scarfed up..... I was looking forward to getting a quality husky product. I love the rest of my gear.my 435, and 455 never let me down. But I’m very let down. I really would like to purchase an axe, but I’m gun shy after seeing the lack out quality in this Sappie. Is this normal or did I get a Friday reject? It works, but don’t think the handle will live long.
