Great cooler for the price, if you can find it.
You can typically find these coolers going for $10 usd, and at that price they're worth every cent. I'm currently using mine in an cramped htpc case with a GTX 960. Tempatures top out at 80c under load on an i5 2500. In idle/everyday use temps hover around 65 to 70c. Again, for $10 you're not going to find much better.
