A new part lacking quality control
I received a new product that was poorly manufactured. The main roller is not mounted at 90 degrees to the 2 guide rollers as it needs to be. The roller assembly hinge pin loosely fits the main arm, with gaps clearly seen between the washers, resulting in too much play that allows the sliding door to drop, creating incorrect alignment of the rollers in the track and excess drag. Compared to the 12 year old original VW part, this new product has more unwanted free play.
