  Not a good experience. Customer claimed they were all dead. Sent a picture of them unopened.Refused to pour the tadpoles out, which is necessary to let them regroup after short shipment (2 days) and take a picture so I could see they were indeed dead and not just needing to be poured into new container to reoxyegenate. Also, refused replacement. I told her I had no problem to refund and referred her to return policy to proceed and she instantly gave negative feedback. Not good experience.
