It has some quality recipes for baked goods and many others that most of us love to make and eat.

Excellent cookbook, Great Eating!
Louisiana has some of the best cooks in America. This book is great lots of excellent recipes, breads, desserts, vegetable dishes and of course; lots of seafood recipes. This purchase is for me, but it would make a great gift for someone who loves to cook.
