1 of 1 found this helpful When first delivered, we could not unfold this wheelchair. Seller was not helpful, he had no idea. Eventually, after asking many people to look at it, we were able to partially open chair. We greased the crossbar bolt, no help. There are 2 poless that slide into sleeves when chair open/closes, greased those and finally success. Now it unfolds/folds as it was meant to. We almost gave up and sent it back, but difficult to find chair to accommodate 350#. Perseverance paid off.
