  this seller sold me this ssd as open box, after i ran a test you can see that it is failing {the unknown} part of the test pic, and is no where near a open box , so i contacted the seller and was told that the amazon pricing was about the same for a used device, which may be true, but not a failing device, and was also told to return it which i did, when the seller got the device back he just relisted it and DID NOT give me a refund , i had to get E-bay involved to get money back Buyer Be Ware

  The SSD was thoroughly tested before shipping and again after being returned, with no issues found. It was accurately listed as open box, and the photos in the relisting clearly reflect its condition. The buyer appears to have misused the return policy by claiming the item was faulty, but I promptly issued a full refund after verifying its functionality upon return. eBay involvement was not needed during the refund process, as the issue was resolved directly and swiftly.
