Make sure you get one with extension rings included
Incomplete item. This is the second I've bought. The first, bought 6 months ago, came with two extension rings, only one of which was needed. It worked fine (though there were issues with it sticking at first), and since the cats were already familiar with it, I bought the same when I needed one for another door. The second came with only front and back pieces. Fitted through a thin 5mm shed door, the front and back did not meet and, with no lining ring, the job could not be completed until I found the spare ring left over from the first one. A door would have to be paper thin for a ring to NOT be required, so why wasn't at least one included in the box? This one also stuck initially, despite being fitted professionally and with great care. The plastic is thin so the slightest tightening of the screws distorts it and jams the door.
