Faulty pump bottle

The first time I ordered this the pump work great and I thought what a nice container but then I reordered and my pump never seems to bring enough product to the surface I shake it, I turn it over and still it seems like the container is empty. But could that be ? Since I can't get out the product without breaking the container I definitely wouldn't buy this again.

Heavy smell

I just don’t like the smell. It’s heavily perfumed. Smells like old talcum powder.

This filter is the higher quality one I believe. It works great and I notice a better taste in the water. You DO have to let the water run a few minutes to get the air and fine particles out. It has a charcoal filter, this is normal. Bubbles once they disappear you’ll know the filer is ready to use.
