The dress is as described and photographed; unfortunately, the Fashion Avenue cardboard container did get bent in about three places in the mailing process. However, the dress is lovely. I especially like the colors (soft purple with pink hues), the satin-like fabric that holds its shape, and the style. The dress fits my reproduction Barbie perfectly and looks gorgeous. Also, the shoes fit the doll well.
