Broken camera

Unfortunately I was relying on this camera for a very important project for work and I was unable to use it because the shutter was broken. It takes a week to get fixed. On top of this the repairs were 100 EURO and I also had to pay 200 EURO tax because the article was labeled incorrectly. I'm very upset with this result. I wish to kindly receive compensation.
